Revenue received from the resale of the properties and property management would be reinvested back into the company until the company has reached the point when it is independently sustaining its operations. The management does not intend to take a salary for
two years in order to reduce cost. The goal is to maintain a low over head and use revenue to reinvest back into the company operations, development, and projects.
